It somehow gets skipped. ​
The truth is, children under 5 go through huge developmental leaps. They learn to roll, crawl, walk, talk, tantrum (that’s a milestone too, right?) … and yet we’re often left to “wing it” when it comes to sleep. Parents are told it’s normal to just survive on coffee. ​
